Who is Riwaq for?+
Riwaq brings everyday administration together for community schools, madrasas, weekend programmes and learning centres. It supports children’s and adult programmes. The pilot is designed around a school administrator managing the workspace; separate parent, student and teacher portals are not currently included.
Can we try Riwaq?+
Yes. Explore the interactive preview above, then request a pilot invitation. We’ll discuss your school’s needs and the features available before helping you get started. The preview uses fictional records and does not create a school account.
What does it cost?+
Subscription pricing is being shaped during the invitation-only pilot. Get in touch for the current arrangements for your school. Email usage and optional services may have limits or additional charges; we’ll discuss those before you join.
Can we bring our existing records?+
You can review and import a student register from CSV. Other records may need a separate migration review, depending on your current system. Keep your original exports and check the transferred records before switching.
Does Riwaq collect fee payments?+
Riwaq helps you record charges, deposits and payments, track balances and generate receipts. It does not currently take card payments or run direct debits. Payment collection stays with your school and its existing arrangements.
How do email and SMS work?+
Schools can connect email through Riwaq, test it and enable sending without a separate provider account. Usage and provider limits apply. A school’s own verified sending connection is also an option. SMS sending for subscribing schools is still being prepared and is not included as an active pilot feature.
Will our school have its own address?+
A personalised address such as yourschool.riwaqclass.com can be connected and verified as part of setup. Addresses are currently connected individually. Each school keeps its own login and records.
